The Oklahoma City Barons are dedicated to assisting community initiatives across the state by providing auction items to non-profit organizations. We would like to accommodate every request with a positive response. However, due to the volume of requests we receive, we must adhere to certain guidelines.
Please review these guidelines before submitting your request:
Organization must be a non-profit 501(c)(3)
Organizations are limited to one request per year
Organizations must be using the donation to raise additional funds. We are not able to fulfill donation requests where the donated items are used as door prizes, incentives or giveaways
The Oklahoma City Barons do not donate to companies that hold organizational campaigns as we donate directly to non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations
Donations will only be granted to organizations and events hosted in the state of Oklahoma
All requests must be made at least six (6) weeks prior to the event date
Request must be submitted between June 1 and October 31, 2010 to be considered for the 2010-11 season
The donation request form must be filled out in full

What/who you are raising money for
How the item will be used
Due to the volume of requests we receive, we do not accept phone calls regarding the status of a request. Once the request has been reviewed, you will receive notification approximately 2 – 4 weeks prior to the event.
